Why is this video so great!!!
Its amazing what music can do. With the music off and its just a plain video of a man walking down a busy street.
However, with music on, the essence of this street (that i know well too) is captured. Sukhumvit is somewhat sinister but overwhelmingly exciting.
As a man, when you walk down there for real, you think anything is possible. It has a dark side. The wink at 1:43 sums it up.
You keep walking but your dark side wishes you had stopped.

This captures the flavour of this side of Bangkok so well - I love the climax at the end of the Soi, which feels liberating, and yet ever-so-slightly darkened by the presence of the elephant .... fantastic - I keep on re-visiting this film xx

Entrance in Soi 5 is opposite Foodland Supermarket. Entrance in soi7 is few meters before Biergarden

Two things:
a) please tell the name of the soundtrack for this
b) and where I could download this video to my ipod... I'm on my way there tomorrow, and it would be neat to watch on the plane!
