A surrealistic walk accross the narrow alley between Soi7 and Soi5, Sukhumvit, Bangkok, a selfcontaining world by itself in a Blade Runner atmosphere, surrounded by skyscrapers. We follow Khun Kio, sad because he is about leaving the country. He has a dream: to come back. At the end of the alley, we notice an hilltribe woman, two elephants, a tuktuk... a place where everything is possible, everything happen

  • made that same walk so many times.

  • Dang, I never got to see these interesting alleys.

  • i like it. good production

  • Why is this video so great!!!

Its amazing what music can do. With the music off and its just a plain video of a man walking down a busy street.

However, with music on, the essence of this street (that i know well too) is captured. Sukhumvit is somewhat sinister but overwhelmingly exciting.

As a man, when you walk down there for real, you think anything is possible. It has a dark side. The wink at 1:43 sums it up.

You keep walking but your dark side wishes you had stopped.

    Brilliant

  • This captures the flavour of this side of Bangkok so well - I love the climax at the end of the Soi, which feels liberating, and yet ever-so-slightly darkened by the presence of the elephant .... fantastic - I keep on re-visiting this film xx

  • Great Mix; dirty Soi; butt the musik is so

BEERBAR 2007 when I was rippin' & trippin'

  • love the vid and Bangkok .. BKK is earthy, grimy, a constant assault on the senses .. you know you are alive there .. heading back feb '09
