Yea the rain move is pretty lame. You only use it one for a sidequest (with those two girls in Sei-an City. Also if you headbut that sick guy in Sei-an something else happens, but I don't remember what

i remember the girls in sei-an city... although i couldn't find them. also it said that deluge can freeze enemies. so i'm gonna try it at least once. see if anything happens. or if it's just a more expensive slowdown or worse.

@Rijno i have the wii version it looks like the same but, the brush is a pain of the ass to draw the line or cherry bomb or bloom when the brush is lagging all over the place >-<;;
