Certainly a bigger pan is needed. But for an american he cooks paella quite well but the spanish are without a doubt the masters

Sorry my friend but thats it s not PAELLA it s a good rice whit sea food and other things. The paella look a lot diferent......

Y tan segura estoy que en mi casa de Valencia, llevamos haciendo paellas de generación en generación y jamas le hemos puesto estos ingredientes.
And so I'm safe in my home in Valencia, paella have been doing for generations and never have we put these ingredients.
Maybe what you're cooking is not as good but paella.
