Wind Power Generation in Indiana

Benton County Wind Farm turbine, October, 2009. I've been curious about the noise pollution and complaints about a flickering effect debate. Honestly, they are hypnotizing at first and after staring at them for a while I became dizzy. And, they are a little noisy and do hummingly rotate UP CLOSE. But I guess if you don't stare at them, live more than a couple hundred feet away, and aren't jealous of neighboring farms capitalizing on the utilization of land (ironically), they're still amazing after first sight. The distance here is about 75 feet.
