the brown wire was connected to the status wire. I also tried hooking it up to the second status wire. still no luck. the wiring at the ignition harness is correct too. the led never comes on? should i get a new module? thanks for your help bro

@djphase1 follow your chart don't use chassis ground used the 5volts ref ground listed on your data sheet

should i just ground it to the chassis? or is there another brown wire?

on part 6 you didnt get it to work? what changes did you do? i'm having issues with that same module on my 05 acura tl. i wired it following the diagram too

hey can you tell me how to do that in my 99 tahoe i bought a viper alarm 5901 install it my self but i need to put a bypass module just dont know how or wich module i need they tell me that i cant use just any bypass module can you tell me wich one can i use and how to install please

@piketes720 You wire is yellow located in the steering column in a three pin plug with the wire colors red/wht-yellow-org/black or blk
