(VCR2PC - Part 3) EZ VHS Converter Operation

I have never been able to make this equipment work. I installed windows7 to try that and this ion product is not supported. I would like to have this problem fixed or have my money returned.

I downloaded a video to dvd and the dubbing is off slightly. Do you have suggestions how I would fix this in the future?

I just purchased the equipment and was able to successfully transfer a 6 minute video to my computer. But when I try to burn to disk I'm getting "Invalid Media - Please check the Media" Whattype of disk should I be using?...I've got CD-R's.
This video was great getting me off the ground.

I have old VHS tapes from africa (PAL ) will it work with any vcr2pc conveter?

I have a problem. Last week I bought it and it worked great. I've converted some video's. But now all of a sudden the video display quality is crap. Even tough the tapes are of great quality.!! Can someone help please!

Can i connect a betacam player to the vcr 2 with an audio/video input in order to recuperate the beta videos ?

I so regret buying this piece of junk. Not only did it totally screw up my computer and some of my VHS tapes. It also crashes all the time and i cannot shut it down. Not even from task manager. Plus that, they havn't ever released any updates for this thing that fixes any of these issues.

I installed everything as per the instructions. My icon does not open any thing. I don't get the screen to enter a file name it just starts a EZ VHS Converter Monitor in my system tray????? What should I do???? 3B
