thank you!!!!...mi problem to jump back my problem is to lift the feet,they weigh a ton ....i just can :( i do all this adjustments and technics but can not...but thanks anyway :p

- Do you have advices, how to do the Hanumanasana?
- I have problems whit the pigeon pose, i dont feel the stretch. Maybe advice about how to have the legs in right way?
- Are there any special asanas made for opening up shoulders and the upper body?
