  • Sanders is a socialist. What's wrong with you people?

  • @DojoNDude Update: Sanders was the sponsor of the Bill S.604 which would have audited the private Federal Reserve bank (whom the US borrows all their credit and cash from). This bill would have caused the FED to be audited in an ongoing basis by the U.S. GAO and for the first time Americans would know where trillions of USDs (FRBs) were going domestically and internationally. In the end Sanders sold out and gutted S.604

  • Once again Senator Sanders is the voice of reasoned policy versus a storm of special interest lobbying. You have to hand it to Bernie - he's like the progressive Terminator. He can't be bought, he doesn't feel greed or fear, and he absolutely WILL NOT STOP until the truth is heard no matter how many empty-headed corporate whores they throw at him. Can't say thank you enough, Senator Sanders.

  • On Electricity: LIGHT BULB efficiency TAX better than efficiency BANS if bans are the only alternative

    see Ceolas Net

    Consumers gain=

allowing their continued use of popular products.

Also, sales taxes can at the same time be LOWERED for energy efficient products - making them cheaper than today.

    Politicians gain =

Unlike with bans, government gains income with the reduced sales, which can fund projects lowering energy use and emissions more than product use raises them
