Fathers 4 Justice get a win, Judge Rigali says 50-50

Father, Elmer actually gets 50% time, pays over $2000 per month in spousal & child support,
but FINALLY gets EVERY OTHER WEEK with his alienated [slightly] daugher, 2 years after
divorce.

What's with the church order? He has to take his child to the mother's church?

He has to take 10 yr old to CHURCH by retired Judge Melvilles order, on Sunday. Judge Rigali is just letting him

know - - the retired Judge's order will not be ignored.

but NOTE, dispite Elmer's squirrel's attitude, and not being

totally honest... Judge Rigali STILL gives him 50-50 if he just identifies  WHERE the girl will have her OWN bedroom

during HIS week. NO CONTACT because - - they each have other lovers, and they are irritating each other via emails - - got to stop.

Sorry ran out of room, I will now explain. Most judgments for child custody and child support are infact void, ie no good. File a collateral attack, kick the state completely out of your business and do not empower the court to order anything except telling the state to butt out. Sit down and negotiate with mom, once a mom realizes the state cant back her anymore and the court is now being controlled by you, they usually start to act right. You can still get a court order if necesary.

It looks like the judge does not like having to order 50 50 custody, but likely has to do it because courts have to follow precedent and some previous court has ruled that a father has a right to joint pysical custody. Now all the restrictions he is putting on this guys shows his comtempf for this man and his making the judge follow the law. Now it would be better if this guy had presented himself better . I prefer to simple file a collateral attack , force the court to but out, do my deal.

Why the no contact including no email? At some point parents have to learn to communicate. There needs to be a "paper" trail to establish if either parent is being uncooperative. But this is what needs to happen as a no brainer unless either parent is found unfit by a JURY.

On a whole,I agree Men get the worse deal when comes to kids&parental rights,,except in cases like mine when,the Dad is a violent boffhead,so I have fuul custady untill they hit 16,,but my case is genuine,alot of woman do it out of spite,,,
