You need to upload a 32x32 pixel and It get's sized down to 16x16. Your suppose to convert to jpg because it's ideal to save for the web has nothing to do with resolution, gif can be used as well. I never comment on peoples videos, but I now realize why their is so much misinformed people out their. Because you the "experts" put this stuff out.
