Bring Me To Life

My final project for Intro to Video class 2008 WWU. This was shown during the film festival.

My concept for the video was depicting modern day women from the Bible in the mist of there desperation. The first girl, starring Julie H., was a women at the well type. Hence the water symbolism and the blue color. The second girl, Larissa M., was Mary of Magdalene. Her symbols were perfume and the long hair.
I loved the idea of the girls standing in the mist of the world passing them by with no though or notice of the girls internal desperation.
The message I hope came through was we sometimes cant find peace, and even Satan will knock us down even further then we push ourselves,--Its useless to trust in ourselves or others to give us what only God can.

I did get a sense of... desperateness from parts.  Thought the speed-up with the people going around was really cool.

This song is way overplayed though, I don't really like it anymore.
