The video contains Scott Ritter describing how the Clinton administration contributed to the catastrophe of Iraq. Hillary Clinton's vote to authorize the 2003 Iraq War was just another phase of her establishment politics.

Scott Ritter estimated 2.2 million Iraqis died as a result of US-pushed sanctions (and related). This is a complex topic, with different US administrations as well as Saddam Hussein contributing. Numbers of casualties are difficult to estimate. The damage has been brutal, however, and much of it began before W. Bush.

Sample Ritter commentary on Hillary Clinton is:

Hillary Clinton's authorization vote for the Iraq War is:

Barack Obama may not turn out to be significantly better than Hillary Clinton, but at least many Democratic Party voters are attempting a change.

I recorded the footage in March 2006 in Palo Alto, California. I was collecting footage for a documentary on Tom Lantos, one of the region's drivers of the Iraq War. Despite the sentiment of the area, a hawk could still get elected by blustering on human rights and running in the Democratic Party.

  • In a just world, Ritter would get a Nobel prize for the cause of peace.

  • There exists a shadowy Government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.

  • A brave man. Very few of them these days

  • Worse than your beloved Hitchens being an alcoholic is him gladly supporting the slaughtering of millions of innocents. The one who thinks the man is disqualified for being an alcoholic rather than by endorsing mass murder is you, who adhere to the same world view. Poor attempt of yours trying to discard 3 paragraphs of my responsible criticism at Hitchens by just taking the most meaningless bit out of it ^^ Typical Israeli lover blind to anything not included in his menu from the JIDF.

  • What a big hypocrite you are: You gladly support the Israeli and Israeli-hijacked USA genocides! For you the millions of innocents slaughtered are worthless because they are Muslim and Arab, what your beloved Israeli Ministry of Propaganda tells you to despise. Who shows no regards for those slaughtered by Saddam? Yet Saddam was placed and empowered by who? By me? By Iran? Do the maths genius, he was placed and given chemical weapons by your beloved regimes of Tel-Aviv and Washington.

  • You are not even making coherant sense. When have I ever in my life supported any genocide anywhere? You on the other hand have shown no regard for the Kurds and Shiites who died by Saddam's hand. Why? Because the Amercans didn't kill them. So now who's clouding up realities? You have shown nothing but ad hominem and hypocriical gestures, but here, you can't bock anyone just for disagreeing with you

  • Saying that someone's argument has been refuted in a debate is not an ad hominem. Calling Hitchens an alcoholic is, so you are the pot calling the kettle black.

I'm not saying Ritter is wrong because of who he is, but because the assertions presented by him have been answered by Hitchens.

Btw, secularism is not an ideology and people who support it do not support each other out of such a shared platfrom.

  • Here is some insight to those sanctions. Saddam Hussein managed to build over a hundred opulent palaces during that time. If he could afford that, you'd think he could afford food and welfare for his people. And don't forget the oil for food program. But these are of little concern to you because these children are only useful if they can be used against America

  • Praises for you also for thumbing up an ad hominem attack to Ritter here. You are full of ethics aren't you? Does it mean we shall as well bring up Hitchens' alcoholism as a desperate mean to question his points (as if the poor wretch didn't already refute himself from top to bottom claiming to be against a secularist Saddam that the secularist powers backed in fanatic fashion for a decade).

  • I do love Hitchens hypocrisy: It was Europe, the US and UN's mistake to have tolerated Saddam too long, uh?

Interesting considering you secularist fanatics did all you could to protect your Saddam in power when he was to be defeated by Iran, had you beasts not fully backed him.

So, your motivation? Deaths of millions of innocents are for you but an anecdote when bringing up psychopaths like Hitchens who don't even make sense in their own little worlds. Just clouding up realities is your thing.

  • Who said it was OK to kill people? The only one who OKs genocides is you Pharisee, in your mind you are the only excuse of human who tries to justify genocides.

All the rest of us human beings are appalled by you beasts with purely sophistic nonsense to cover up for secularist war crimes and real holocausts.

  • I also saw Albright asked: We have heard that half a million children have died (as a result of sanctions), is the price worth it? And she answers, yes we think the price is worth it. I don't see any such dismantling there, going to the direct source of intentions (Clinton administration), in contrast to yet more of your fellow Pharisee orators who desperately try to justify for every of their genocides.
