Two minute clip of the Tim Grover training video for the WAG (weighted agility gloves.) Practice with these gloves for 20 minute sessions, three times per week (but no more than that) to realize improved hand quickness.

  • im 13 and i want to improve

  • will this help me to improve my dribbling

  • Hand eye movement efficiency is a lot but this sucks. Basically you just play basketball. That's all you need

  • i think it trains both, i have one and it is useful, you should buy them.

  • Just one.

  • when you used the gloves for fencing did you have the gloves on both hands or just one hand?

  • how do they train agility dont they train hand quickness?

please answer im thinking of buying them

  • These gloves are awesome.

I used them for my fencing lesson last week. It worked my fingers, my forearm, my bicept and tricept as well as several muscle groups in the shoulder. Take whatever exercises you like to do and do them with the gloves.

Only thing that I might say against them is the are a bit bulky. It is well worth it to have weights on each join in the finger. Perfect fit and didn't limit my mobility
