This track has its own EP... The more you know!
'A Man Named Drexxel' almost feels like a B-side to the title track of the album, 'True Romance', which appears later on. They both feature the same filtered clavinet, the chord progression is somewhat similar, the bass is the same (Though that goes for almost the entire album) and so forth.
However, 'A Man Named Drexxel' has the benifit of being much more dynamic with the more driving bass and drum programming together with the synth solo toward the end and the great synthetic guitar.
So what we're getting to is, that it's an upgraded version of an already great track? I think it is.
