  • You'll improve with more practice. Breathing is nowhere at the moment, Kicking with spread legs , is a waste of energy. Keep a slim line. All the best.

  • you are doing a scissor kick when you are on your left side, which ruins your streamlining and balance!

  • reach up a tad bit more before your arms enter and one other thing your arms are going out a bit too much it seems so they are not as balanced as they could be, otherwise good efficiency.
