Freestyle on Spin ~ Soft Sensuous Moves

This was SO amazing recording in the new studio!! I haven't danced a full dance in a LONG while...much less a full song on spin so this dance may not be very trick packed. This was a freestyle and my 3rd song that I danced to. The song I wanted to dance to wasn't on my itouch. :( I'm going to start doing most of my practice on spin from now on...due to the fact I was CRAZY dizzy after all this and could use some stamina building...LOL!! The studio...again...was absolutely amazing!! Thank you Rene for letting me film there!!

@jpfifthomen Thank you JP! That knee hold is so much easier on spin, but I'm still working on holding it longer. I have such a ball dancing in the studio...it's just such a great atmosphere to pole in!! =D

Wow...you definitely got better since the last vid I saw of yours.Gravity defying moves,graceful choreography with the music.I'm impressed.If I had a card,I'd be holding a 9 right about now.Keep up the good work,look forward to the next vid you put up. ^_^

@johngrimm7 What an absolutely flattering compliment!! Thank you so much!! I tend to find that no two dances can ever be the same...I try and plan a few particular tricks during a song, but mostly have to freestyle the rest. You never know exactly how a trick combination is going to turn out, so I try and be ready to wing it sometimes. ;) And spin is a little tricky lol, it can be pretty unpredictable. @Candie0308 You're going to love the xpole!! I've played a little on the 45mm. I started on the 50mm and it's hard to change once you become used to something. :) Yea...you've got to watch some of those poles that are out there. I had a friend buy one from Spencers and it was pretty scary. She ended up getting a lil mynx which is a great starter pole also. That is awesome...Hope your pole comes in sooner than later!! Keep spinning girl!! XOXO

Aww thanks :) Yeah i have to admit i am a little hooked! It is soooo much fun and its a great stress reliever! I have a pole at my house, well HAD one. Bought it on ebay and it turned out to be a fake Xpole, didnt know that until it started falling apart, just told sombody else that i did my first shoulder mount today and the pole almost gave way on me!! SCARY! so i took it down, threw it out, and ordered a REAL 45mm Xpert Xpole and its on its way! Cant wait to practice on it!
