  • Why do these news stories always sell bigger government. The poverty rate in the US was falling from it's creation in 1776 until the late 1960's when these programs calcified poverty and the rate has not changed much since the "great society" was started. If it weren't for politics these programs would have been canceled as failures an other (better) things would have been tried.

  • who can afford to support 7 children? solution to poverty: DON'T HAVE CHILDREN THAT YOU CAN NOT AFFORD TO SUPPORT!

  • 0:50 (no offense cuz I'm fat ,too) she doesnt seem to be hungry without free food am i right? :D

  • @benkenser

yes thats one of things i could NEVER understood about poor people.I mean its okay to be poor simply because not everybody can be rich , but why the hell they all have more than 2 kids even they very KNOW that they are even then struggeling , i will never get that!

  • @exenrontexas Exactly! they hide behind religion to give their cause legitimacy often posing as champions of the people when in fact its all just smoke and mirrors! the poor can drop dead as far as they're concerned, I've heard of this "social Darwinism" these guys are motivated by sinister goals.

  • This concern isn't new. Even if its just one kid there is something wrong.

  • If you are even $3 above their exact number cutt off they wont give u any assistance at all. Thats where my family currently is. We are $50 above the poverty line and they will not help us at all. My wife was a preschool teacher for 6 years, lost her job & has been looking for a job for 2 years and Nothing. .
