How to Make a Minecraft 1.8.1 Bukkit Server Mac/PC

This is my First Minecraft Tutorial!

Make sure you put your IP in!

The start command:

#!/bin/bash
cd "`dirname "$0"`"
java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar nogui

What to type into terminal:
chmod a+x (Remember to put the space after x)

i did EVERYTHING u said but then when i go on start.command it just says [process completed] and nothing comes loading up!
