football fans go to games to create an atmosphere.part of the atmosphere is banter.every clubs fans are a victim of banter and it's generally takin in good taste.i can't believe these modern day fans kicking up a fuss over nothing,they should get a life the pussies. scousers are labelled as lazy and thives. nottingham fans are scabs.millwall fans lablled as hooligans.scots are known as alchoholics.are we going to ban every kind of chant that might offend someone somewhere?

I'm a Brighton fan and take the chanting for what it is...football banter. Every team has a stigma attached to the town/city and opposing fans taking the piss is part of football. Provided it's not OTT...chants re people who have died etc, I wish the PC brigade would take their crusade elsewhere. I don't honestly think everyone from Wales shags sheep, all Liverpool fans are unemployed or people in Hartlepool hang monkey's.....however... any Palarse fan does have 6 fingers and webbed feet...fact!
