I remember the long microphones at the counter...you would order and the clerk would get on the mike and repeat your order so the people in the back would "make it your way." You would change your mind and they would get on the mic and go "cancel that onion...extra pickle instead." Hilarious.

The "Burger King and I" slogan/jingle was somewhat short-lived and actually ran concurrently with the super-cool kiddie "Marvelous Magical Burger King" ads.
I kinda like it - it was an extension of the "Have It Your Way" ads.
