  • The german intro is far the best of all i watched!!!

  • I had a copy of this too until I gave it away circa '91... also had Captain Harlock.

Is it a CEL home entertainment special in a cardboard sleeve?

  • ok i love the german ost but i still dont understand why they did made a new soundtrack for the german version?

guess such a thing would impossible nowadays -.-

  • It's totaly different from the german soundtrack and it has more gaps in between. The german version is very much an action adventrure the japanase also develops something in between the characters.

    Very interesting!

oh by the way. The germans and the japanese both are using the term "ach so" which has the same meaning: I see

  • I have this on VHS in English in Australia

  • i wanna cry for not understanding what they are saying any body have it with subtitles?

  • We don't know what's outthere. Maybe there are planets with other life forms.

It's a pitty that this show isn't in English.

I watched captain future in German language, becouse the dutch television don't send it. Thank you Germany for the quality you give your people. Germany is great.

My grand parents set the television on German chanels, becouse they don't understood English.

This one is for Italy. Great nation.

  • The original was aired in Japan in 1978-79.

  • This Anime looks old

  • now i remember something

the hipothetical planet wich suposedly created the asteroid belt (now this theory is outdated) was called "Phaetón" (or Faetón in spanish)

this idea was dropped in the mid 20'th century

in fact, when in the 19th century the astronomers discovered Ceres, they thought it was the biggest remnant of the destroyed planet
