If you please, explain to me the basis for your claims using empirical evidence, childol. What you are doing is nothing more than stating your belief in something without evidence, and the evidence suggests Vitamin D will not prevent you from getting the flu. Additionally, if you read my text comment, I never commented on cod liver oil, which I will concede, due to omega 3 fatty acids, may have some benefit in staving off, and possibly reversing some of the adverse affects of LDLs in the body.
No, not at all. I never got nauseous; I tend not to though.

Would u take a Swine flu Vaccine? My whole family just got over the beast, but we wont be taking the shot, the flu was pretty mild at worst for us.

I've just got over Swine Flu and I ate sardines and sat in the sun to give me lots of Vit D. It did do me good.
