POWER TRANSISTORS SOMETIMES UTILISE BERYLLIUM OXIDE PADS FOR HEAT TRANSFER.

So, I can say, you was right...opened transistor give cca 0.050V on light from tube .... i tested it on floor - there is light lower... sheeted it giving 0.02 ...lighted 0.05 ...i will try it on sun soon;)

LIGHT from sun or bulbs (HOT OR "COLD"-economic) !!! More, they are also able of more, MUCH MORE .
