Visvamitrasana, one-legged bhujapidasana, flying split, formidable face pose, forearm stand, one-legged crow, strong armpose back bend mandala.

Partner poses: Pop up to bird, shoulder stand on feet, headstand on bow, backleaf with legs extended, flying side plank, cannon ball, handstand split into back flying, back leaf to handstand split dismount.

This is the first video we shot since Jordan was allowed to put weight back on her foot. Jordan broke her 5th Metatarsal 5 months ago. With a lot of care and some great modified yoga poses, Jordan is back in action in record time.
