It depends on how you got the motor set up. if its too lean with the nitrous it can build up extreme heat and blow. Nitrous is more dense than the air at the same pressure so when it is compressed in the chamber where it reaches the high temperatures it breaks down and turns into Nitrogen and Oxygen. one cubic foot of nitrous contains 2.3 times more oxygen than regular atmoshpere air.
