I was lucky enough to see the ORIGINAL Pretenders twice in 1980 and 1981 both times in New York City. From 1980-1982, I thought they were one of the greatest bands ever. I was 18 years old and in their fan club. I still have my fan club items from back then. I had a huge poster on my wall.
