Started as a reining horse, Izzy is very flexible and responsive. Because of her abilities and steady character she is the feature horse in one of our new instructional videos. She stops hard, has a nice turn-around and is also a seasoned ranch horse with lots of experience on the open range and in the branding pen. In addition to her western accolades, Izzy also shows tremendous ability in dressage. She is currently schooling movements up to 3rd level (half-pass, shoulder-in, travers, flying changes, counter-canter, etc) proving her ability to be a versatile and willing partner. She is very soft in the bridle and will go in just about anything you put on her from a snaffle to straight up in the bridle. Izzy is also EXTREMELY smooth to ride. Although she is only 14.2h, she is stout, has good bone, is bold and very willing. She gets along well with other horses, trailers without any problems, clips, and is easy to shoe. She is ready for some one looking for a sensitive, solid and versatile mount!
