Hurricane Lee may have been down graded to a Tropical Storm by the time it got to Lancaster, but that didn't stop it from dumping a foot of rain on the better part of the county.
At the Lancaster airport it was reported that Lititz received 10.56 inches over the course of two days.
There was a lot of wide spread damage associated with this system.
