A clip of a passenger train ran by the Whippany Railway Museum for its annual "Easter Bunny Express". It is powered by two Morristown And Erie locomotives. As this was a crappy day, I decided to use the cheaper Sony DCR-HC52...............................There was NO WAY I was going to use that expensive HDR-HD9 in the rain! Note: This is hand held video taken on a cold rainy day.....................It has some bad camera shakes! Next time I'll bring either a tripod or monopod.

  • Say, when did YT gave the HQ option the bigger screen?

  • Yep! They may do some "caboose hop" trains this Summer. If the weather is decent I'll go.

  • Cool. BTW, what type of horn do most of M&E's engines use? All I know is that they are loud as all hell.

  • That I don't know. At times I'm lucky if I can tell the difference between a GP 40 and a GP 30.

  • it is a K3LA horn on M&E 18.

  • Cool. BTW, what about the horn on the ALCO C-424? I'm not sure, but I think it might be a K3LA.

  • The horn is a leslie S-3L. It was common in the 60's.

  • I see. I think the SW1500 might have some kind of Leslie on it.

  • Oh wow, that SW100 has one monster of a horn!!
