Hmm i think REC are not scary and Saw are pyscho but Paranormal Activity are So nice Horror the best i see was Paranormal Activity Tokio-Night :D

@fecolino1 I disagree with you. I found REC2 somewhat lame, the story was just absurd, just another zombie movie sequel that disappoints. Paranormal Activity isn't perfect, but achieves the goal. Not many fright scenes, but it is an all-around scary movie. Just my opinion, of course.

So, I saw this movie a few months back and was EXTREMELY disappointed. I thought it was supposed to be "scary". My favorite part was honestly the end. I would give it a 0/5.

I am 14 and i got in for it. I was shaken and crying when i came out of the cinemas. 5/5 i am a horror movie lover. I thought that this was the best horror i have seen in years :)

You people don't understand what this film is about, it's not supposed to be a horror movie filled with cheap jump scares, mind blowing special effects and gory scenes. It's a physiological thriller that uses suspense rather than the cheap jump scares you find in most films. All the "boring" moments are supposed to serve as the build up for the ACTUAL scares. I'm assuming all the haters are fans of films like Saw and Hostel which are completely different genres compared to this.
