When you take steroids you actually have to work harder. So for those actual "lazy" people, they should consider not to take steroids. Just for your info.

Why do people think that if you take steroids, you don't have to work at all? Taking steroids only improves your recovery levels so you can train harder and more frequently. This means you probably have to put more effort and hard work into your training so it's the opposite of being lazy.

Taking roids actually means you have to workout 4x more and eat 20x more. Kai Greene eats 10lbs of fish, 10lbs of chicken, and 2 turkeys a day. He trains in the morning, and at night. What did you do today?

I used to live in korea and would go to japan to see my girlfriend. the gym there was sick, 100% bodybuilders gym, there were like 3 tv's when you walk in, one showing IFBB contest, one showing IFBB training video, one showing japanese bodybuilders. It's Gold's Gym in Nijo Kyoto "二条-京都”。 I'm actually hoping to move back there soon, to study at a japanese language school.
people are so stupid, oh im sorry do you think IFBB pro's take steroids as compensation for lack of heart and motivation? HELL NO. they take them because everyone else is, and they have a competitive edge, when your compete at that level do you go in to lose because your competition has the upper hand? hell no they take it to recover faster, so they can train harder and harder, you act as if thats what contributed to their results, take them all u want this will niver be u without the heart.
