The Ilwrath voice actor is one of the few who did a good job.
In fact he did quite a great job! He really is bringing the sadistic and vile yet still comical personality of the Ilwrath.
Sadly as much a StarControl 2 is my favourite game, most of the voice acting isn't so hot.
