Oh yeah, like when they repaired my ACL last year. They actually repaired it and then expected me to pay for what the insurance didn't cover! I had to pay about $3000 of the $25,000 it costs to do the job. What a rip off, that's less than a brand new MacBook Air. Of course right after the surgery they gave me a nice room with tasty food, a phone, a TV and some cute nurses. For 3 months afterwards they answered all questions and addressed all my concerns. Yep, didn't care about me at all...

Hello, Do not be so naive as to listen to public cliches. 1. We are paying more for health care than other nations with universal and free health care without getting much in return. The insurance companies and the health industry are getting our money. 2. There is plenty of other money elsewhere. We simply need to cut our military expenditure. We owe half of the world war expenditure.

Our current system has been created by the physicians, for-profit hospitals, and private insurers who lobby through the AMA for their self-interests NOT the interests of the American public.

There are at least 2 major problems with this medical plan.

1. The cost to the business. Where is the guarrantee that the business will not simply take its business abroad, rather than pay the medical cost. It would be more profitable for the business.

2. If the gov plan is simply anther plan amongst private plans, where is the guarrantee that the insurance companies will not corrupt that program to their advantage, like it is for the medicare plan.
