Shaq and the Hawk 2 Following the Lure.AVI

Medical Student Shahir, aka Shaq, in the Philippines passes his time away from studying by training his hawk, a Brahminy Kite. This kite is also called a Red-backed Sea Eagle.
These series of videos show Shaq teaching his quite hungry bird to fly to both the lure (a leather structure resembling prey) and to his fist in order to obtain food. The hawk is a juvenile so training takes place in the enclosed student dormitory to avoid escape.
