No she does not have an Evoker it was the other main Charater Evoker not Aigis. She does not need one if you noticed in the video's. She gave them the Main's Evoker form Persona 3 remember he used one and can not use it anymore.

Yes she does have his evoker.

Her Persona summoning is built it as well as Paladion.
