as an african american i can appreciate many of spike lee movies. But he alienates the rest of the country by only focusing on black issues or black story lines. A truly great director should be able to make movies with diverse stories and plot. That is why i truly respect Clint Eastwood. i thought his performance in Gran Turino was amazing. This is coming from an actor that starred in movies 30 years before i was born.
