http://systemablog.blog.com/ In this video we go over way to make the fist all the way to the shoulder more aware and dense. We work on injury prevention and go over a few ways of making that work for us.

    hey there

you ever in phoenix, AZ, usa?

I do tui na bodywork, and I have had some VERY good success with recovering joint pain and lack of mobility.

love to see what I could do with your problem.

hit me up if your ever in town, or want to come out.

thanks for posting, these drills are very good help for my beat up fists...

  • i really wish it would heal enough to stop the pain, when your on codeine and then the pain is so bad you pass out is the time i hate, i once passed out in the middle of a road and the guy said i was having a heart attack because i was grabbing arm that is dammaged (my left elbow)... on the side note, the surgons said they cant find why im in so much pain and the break i had usually leave people a few degrees of movement, i have most on mine back yet i will never be able to fully extend my arm!

  • Keep working and the healing will come. You can incorporate breath work to the healing movement and it will come faster and easier.

  • i wish it would heal! shattered elbow from motorbike accident 6 year ago, still really painfull now...
