Raw was horrible between Summerslam 2002 - Wrestlemania 21. Triple H 24/7 burying everyone not named Shawn Michaels. Oh Benoit might of been champion but the focal point was still HHH vs HBK. My point being Bischoff was in charge during that era and it was horrible (mostly due to HHH but he brought everyone else down with him).

Dude Eric Bishoff was the wrestling genius. He was a heel GM and he did an awesome job. Look at WWE now its like crap back then when he and Paul Heyman were GMs WWE was second best after Attitude Era.
