  • That is my wife and dog. I didn't have a video recording of this and I didn't want it to just be a blank screen.

  • Really great, I wish you could have been our Bob when we did this.

  • nice, really nice. Really.

  • this is glorious singing...so free, so warm, such gorgeous diction. Don't change a thing. The phrasing...crescendo, decrescendo, sense of internal rhythmic pulse is *ideal*. Bliss. The top note is telling...your voice is going to "grow up" well. There is such drama in that sound. I wish you a long and beautiful career!

  • great recording/performance. what's with the slideshow?

  • this aria is beautifil

  • very nice

  • Beautiful voice and the high F is quite good. Someone saying a note needs more "chiaro" is really betraying their basic misunderstanding of terms. And any Italian would simply laugh at someone using the term "chiarscurro" when talking about voice. The F is full, and well balanced between brightness and darkness. Very nice indeed.

  • Oh my gosh you are a wonderful talent!

  • Brilliant approach to this rugged character. I love the sweetness and the tender approach, how long have you had this? As, a performer who is aiming for something more and different every time I perform a piece I would urge you to go further. The overall concept is understood, granted I'm only hearing you not seeing you (seasoned performer!), but I want to hear the urge for freedom in your voice. Good technique, especially for a young American Baritone, lovely job! Want to hear more.
