Mortuary student, Megan Thomas(Jenine Pierce) is having serious issues. While in the process of taking control of her late father's funeral home, she struggles with a sleep disorder called parasomnia. Late at night, she's sleepwalking through her apartment house and the funeral home. Her nightmares are a combination of dark memories and intense fear where she awakens unable to remember the details of what happened and unable to distinguish what's real from what she's imagined. She shares an apartment with her boyfriend, Derek(Matt O'Neill), and her younger brother, Andy(Brian T), who can't seem to get along. On the sixth year anniversary of when a young girl was found dead in the funeral home, Megan slowly learns the truth about what really happened. The girl was believed to have died of a drug overdose, but Megan's neighbor, Brenda(Linda Tracey), reveals insight into the real story. One by one pieces of the puzzle come together with horrifying revelations in this horror melodrama where nothing is what it seems.

Before she made the comment about "Freddy Kruger", I was thinking that it looked like an Elm movie that I was waiting for Freddy to jump out. Pretty good!!
