People Inc. - Erie County Executive Chris Collins Speaking at Holly Apartments Ribbon Cutting

People Inc. celebrated the opening of their 17th senior living site with a ribbon cutting at Holly Apartments on Main Street in the Village of Angola. Held on July 8, 2010, the event was attended by over 100 people, including several local, state, and federal officials that worked with People Inc. staff on this new beautiful building. Thirty plus seniors now call Holly Apartments their new home. Notably on hand were Congressman Brian Higgins, County Executive Chris Collins, Angola Mayor Hub Frawley, HUD Field Office Director Steve Banko, Ann McCarthy of the WNY Foundation, and People Inc. President and CEO James Boles. Rhonda Frederick, People Inc. COO stated, "In People Inc.'s almost 20 years of developing apartments for seniors, we had never worked so hand in hand with a municipality. This complex is a true community project."
