Mt. Ripley has just opened and all Tech students get a season pass, the wait is finally over. Not all of the runs were open yet, but a few boxes and jumps were. As of January 2009, all of the runs are open and it is amazing. So, stomp the pow or you're missing out.

@anthonykeko I'm alumni, the ski hill is free to students. Just show up and show them your student ID and they give you a sticker for the day. You actually pay $60 for it in  your student activity fee.

how much does it cost for a Michigan Tech student to get a season pass at mt ripley? i am a snowboarder and im headed out to tech next fall. also is there a bus to the hill from the dorms?

wow that first day did suck... soooo many people that didn't know how to ride the t-bar, and no other lifts open... that was gay. but yeah ripley's doing awesome so far this season, the jumps are sweet this year, especially sweet spot
