This is a PSA done to promote Women Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh services. This is also a hope to gain recognition for the organization to help them receive more support. The issue is one that should not be ignored. Please get involved.

@kdavidmcd - I realise what you are saying and I agree that everyone has the right to defend themselves. I'm sorry you experienced domestic abuse yourself. I do wish that more videos could be dedicated to male victims. The sexism is unfortunate and all I'm saying is that it's wrong from both ends unless it's for self-defence purposes. I think we're saying the same thing. I don't wish to argue, only make a point.

@DallasNeedsADentist Okay. It's not just men that perpetrate domestic abuse. They always put women as the victims in these PSAs and that pisses me off. When my 105lb ex-girlfriend used to hit me(190 lbs), I couldn't defend myself or I would have been arrested for domestic abuse. I couldn't call the cops because I was too embarrassed. Who can't control themselves?? I've seen more women hit men than I've seen men hit women. Men just happen to leave bigger bruises. Just sayin...
