God called good men to priestly service and answer that call every day! While the mandatory retirement age for priests is age 75, many continue to work into their 80s and beyond. A priest's vocation isn't a job; it is a gift from God...a gift for the Church. And it's forever...

So, while some may reach retirement age, many are still bringing Christ to others, serving parishes throughout Greater Boston.

This Christmas, remember that the collection taken in our parishes goes directly to benefit those who are senior retired priests.

The Clergy Fund spends 10 million dollars annually to care for our senior, retired priests. They were there when we needed them. They are still there for us now. Will we continue to be there for them? Let's honor their dedication.

In the collection at Mass in your parish this Christmas, remember our priests!
