  • @MrRicky404 mate done probably, I notice results the following morning. When I have a good ab workout, at the time I look at myself in the mirror and check out my stomach like every guy does, and I see a very faint change.. It's the following morning when I can feel the stomach, and muscles getting tighter.. so yeah.. from day 2 you will notice a change, and everyday the sensation just gets stronger, meaning you can go for longer with each workout, just make sure you keep changing it
