My instructor, Alan, and I on an IFR cross country from Salisbury (KSBY) to Frederick (KFDK), Maryland. I am just doing some refresher for my CFII checkride that is coming up. I believe this video is on the return trip back to Salisbury.

We only logged 0.3 of actual instrument time. This video shows the few cumulus clouds we flew through.

Altitude was 7,000 feet.

  • i had a full vacuum failure on C172RG on my secoing solo nav from mount gambier to adelaide...AUSTRALIA>....brings back memories of flight school...2 weeks later an electircal fire ...causing a a forced landing on a paddock ...landing gear had to manually pumped as master switch off.. no flaps...hard landing..windows open...ohh the memories,,,,happy flying champ,,,,, the RG is not thast bad....C210 better but!!!!

  • Geez! You must not have much luck on these planes. It must be fun flying down there in Australia...I've never been but my step mom's entire family live in Sydney. I've had several missed opportunities to go!

  • my friend says when you puta hole ina cloud all the water runs out and itrains. have you ever seen a ufo when you are in your flying machine
