This song... is just so beautiful and by far my favorite song by the National. It just sounds so stoic and beautiful but bittersweet at the same time. You can tell by the live version how close this song is to Matt Berninger.

@vAbsolution The thing about smaller bands are that studio is worse than live. Raw talent is so much better when raw than when refined.
