Leah: Online Course Development Workshop

Hello! My name is Leah MacVie. I am an artist, photographer, designer, wife and Instructional Designer living in Buffalo, NY. Currently I am attending Buffalo State College, wrapping up my Master's in Educational Computing. I am also the Instructional Designer for Canisius College. Formerly, I was also a teacher and Instructional Technologist. I also own my own photography business and develop Web sites and identity on the side. I have experience in the following programs: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Director, Flash, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Go Live, In Design, Fireworks, After Effects, Camtasia, Autodesk Max and Viz, along with many open-source programs. My interest is DESIGN: Instructional, Identity, Graphic and Web.
My role here at Canisius College is to help you get started in teaching in ANGEL, to support your course development and to provide you ideas for enhancing your courses with educational technologies.
