Alhemdulilah. I've been wrestling for 5 years now, which I think every muslim should also learn. I think it is very necessary for Muslims to learn self defense.

Muslim women must also have a martial arts .. because God is more loving Muslims who are stronger than the weak Muslims .. so Muslim men and women must be tough, not only faith but also the resilience and strength of body..

why do people do that, does post their faith over some thing everyone can do... well if any buddist, hindus, christians etc, are looking to join this club...i guess ur gonan have to convert LOL.

As an UMMA instructor, I invite you to join the many other ppl of faiths that train with us, we dont need to convert you. In fact, you dont even need to bow to any flag or instructor, as long as you show courtesy and respect to each other you are welcome here!
