The basics of jump roping as used in boxing cardio. Various styles can be done in order to develop rythm, speed, foot work, and body control. Jump roping for 10 minutes is the equivalent of jogging 30 minutes - Bruce Lee's Fighting Method.   • @sa1988du im in the usa jump rope team, and it is called jump roping alot more often than rope jumping. So she was correct, no need to correct her.

    

  • Yeah jump rope is amazing for burning fat. Other good cardio workouts are stuff like mountain climbers and burpees etc..
